Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Portugal: 7–15 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, ProdexPet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
